Hi, Cyndie!

Thanks for the Heads Up! While I will be very happy to celebrate with Clabert come Monday, please don't mind if I don't get TOO excited about a mere FORTIETH birthday. Mine was so long ago, I truly do not remember the occasion! I can barely remember what I did on my FIFTIETH! And seeing as how I will turn FIFTY-STEENKING-SEVEN tomorrow, well...40 just seems like such a SWELL age to be! Tell our loin-clothed one that I'd trade places with him in a heartbeat!

Actually, if I could go back to any age from my past, I'd go back to being 38. THAT'S a great age! Young enough to look good, old enough to know what to do with everything! But, alas, since we can't turn back that wretched clock, I reckon I'll settle for 57 and Clabert will settle for the big 4-0, and we'll both be glad we've avoided the alternative!
