I thought maybe there was something out there tickling the back of my mind. Rich's post above states that Ann had planned to make up a booklet of the recipes we send her regarding our contribution to the "feast". We need to coordinate and talk with our lovely Ann of the Clan MacLeod in this venture. I don't wanna seem like we are stealing anybody's great idea!

Still think it would be cool though.

: Ooooh, your Game Pie sounds WONDERFUL - with or withOUT the Port wine!! ;o) I LOVE Game Pie!! I also have some Scottish recipes for Game Pie - it's one of OUR 'specialties' too. And some wonderful Scottish recipes for salmon... We're not just a nation of 'haggis and porridge eaters', y'know! (Truth be told, I REALLY don't like EITHER!!)
