: I really shouldn't laugh at this being the devoted owner of two canine terrors (even if they are only 8 and 13 lbs respectively), but I did. My daughter's next door neighbour has a dog that drives the folks on the block crazy with his barking. Let's hope none of them read this board....could give someone ideas..hehehe.

Just goes to further prove my point! Cats are smart. They know their limitations. While dogs.........well you get the idea.
Remember how Foghorn Leghorn used to torment the dog? And got the dog to do that (run out leash until breaks neck) EVERY time?
Yup, there be truth in cartoons!!!!!!
