That was a great outing, MMMM! I owe my deepest thanks to Soldier #2 for letting me shoot his gun. And thanks to him also for teaching me Hawkeye's trick for getting his gun off his shoulder and into firing position so quickly. I carry my gun with a sling, and my husband is always worried I'll be eaten by a grizzly before I can get it up and fired. I'd probably be too paralyzed with fear to think of the gun anyway, so I'm not sure how much difference it makes. Hope I never have to put it to the test.
