: : : : This day in 1768....
: : : : English cavalry sergeant Philip Astley staged the first modern circus, performing elaborate feats on the backs of horses racing around a ring. Giant tent shows toured America throughout the nineteenth century, while smaller circuses flourished worldwide. The last major additions were flying trapeze and high-wire acts, introduced around 1860.
: : : : So the thought is.....
: : : : Whatever you do, do it with all your might. Work at it, early and late, in season and out of season, not leaving a stone unturned, and never deferring for a single hour that which can be done just as well now.

: : : Hmmmph!!
: : : And I always thought it was, "Don't do today what can be put off until tomorrow." No wonder..........Hmmmmmmmmmm....well, I guess I'll try ol' P.T.'s advice and see if things improve around here.
: : : Thanks, Huggy! Pax Aye, et al!

: LOL!! I always think I ought to put a disclaimer on these 'thoughts' which would read as follows:
: 'Whilst posting 'thoughts' the Huggy Merchant cannot be held responsible for any accident, incident, high, low, confusion, delusion, laugh, barf, cry, sigh, lie, affair, sweat, birth, death, toil (or trouble), pain, maim, shame, repent, event or impotent. She posts all of 'em but that doesn't mean she believes all of 'em. Have a thoughtful day!'

LOVE your disclaimer Huggy...got to agree with Diana S. on this one. Tryin' hard not to become the bug on the windshield of life..MY big problem is to try to remember to do all the stuff I put off UNTIL today...
love the thoughts, as always
