Hi, Caitlin! By cameos, do you mean brief appearances by characters who are only around for a very short time? If so, then I can think of a couple. There was Ann Owl, who made wise observations from her nest cavity from time to time, and has been sorely missed by some of us. Birdie pops up every so often to report on things overseen or overheard. Marshall Art showed up for a short time to give Bent a run for his money as Sheriff, and may just be on his way back to town before too long. Goody Tewshoes was seen loitering about the village in a snit of jealousy over the Old Crone's wattle hut, but she hasn't been heard of in a LONG time. Maybe she might make another appearance or two, as well. Sassy Soothsayer's favorite Courier Service, Whooping Crane Deliveries, pop up once in a great while when they are needed to carry a special parcel...motto: When you hear 'em whoop, it's on the stoop. I seem to remember a stalwart young man in a loincloth named Hunkas who was in the neighborhood once or twice, much to the delight of the young ladies. And I do wish the Bee Holder would publish a roster of some of the hive occupants. There are SO many wonderful characters living in that hive! You all remember Gore Bee (He's always Rushin'), but there are all the Bay Bee Bees, and other little hummers like May Bee, Could Bee, Will Bee, and so many more. How about it, Bee Holder? Can we have a list?

Walter Crankite, World's Crabbiest Reporter, made a quick trip through the village once, and I'll dig around a bit & see if I can remember some other folks who made brief but memorable appearances.

However, if you pay very close attention, you may find some NEW faces popping up in Mohicanland sooner than you think. I can say no more!!! ;o) *wink-wink, nudge-nudge*
