Dearest Uncle,
I first wish to thank you for your letter,I'm filled with relief to know you bear no ill feelings towards me!
I'm scribing this letter in great haste as to make my way to rejoin
the 77th, now settling in Winter Camp.
Ian is now by my side, and we, together, will try to make the Ft.
before the snow hinders our travel.
Once there, I,along with Ian's help, shall sit down and tell you of his extraordinary adventure to reunite with me! So until later,I
remain your most humble servant,
