Why is it that you always lose heart just when a bunch of us old timers get E-mailing each other about getting the old Mohicanland fun going again? Oh, Ye of Little Faith, hang in there! We're thinking about the value of starting threads just before Christmas, but She Who Tracks is on her way back with Hector in his own canoe, and if She gets back and Mohicanland has disappeared, She will have to wander forever in the forest, never again tasting one of Miss Marcia's mint juleps or rescuing Miss Paddletale from the river. Cheer up, Sachem - - we all are aching for a good romp.

We do miss the Courier Editors spicy comments on anything we get into. Batting up against Elaine was a real joy. With all the demands of a LARGE household, I can see why our Sachemess doesn't have time to keep Mohicanland whipped up, but oh, how we miss playing off her special kind of humor. However, it is time for some fun, and we will have to come up with something to make you laugh. Can't have you DOWN at Christmas time!
