Oh Christina dear, I found a new and refreshing recipe for turkey and sweet potato croquettes that we may be trying. I promise, I have eaten my LAST turkey tetrazzini. As for whereabouts, I'm right here in the mountains and did absolutely nothing all day. I cannot remember the last time I was able to do that...am I making you jealous yet Lainey???? Don't worry, tomorrow is another day, which includes a 4+ hour trip back home and back to the rat race! I hope everyone who traveled returns home safe and sound!

Oh and Red, don't worry I'm not so catatonic that I can't make a run over to Bumppo's for some o' that cider!
