: Now that I can take a breath, I would like on behalf of myself and the Gnomess, to thank all those nice folks who posted and emailed their congratulations and well wishes regarding the event of the recent Gnome marriage.  All touched us deeply, and some even made the Gnome nearly cry - but we all know manly Gnomes don't cry so there must have been a high mushroom spore count in the air....

: At any rate, the gnome and gnomess thank you folks for your kindnesses in wishing us well.  I am still trying to get the Mrs Gnome to abide by the new rules posted, but she is rather self-minded and strong willed.  Ah well, one of the reasons I love her so.  If she would only concede to the point that what is mine is mine, and what is hers is now mine also.........or that the little gnomette in the tree stump around the corner is lonely too.....or that I can still have my evenings out with the other Gnomes to go to the nine pin alley and bowl, but now that she is married she is just too busy to be allowed out with the girls.....after all, she has to still work 12 hours as a gnome gnurse, cook dinner, clean the house, wash clothes for not only me, but for all my relatives now also, wash the dishes, feed the guard mouse and the three chipmunks, re-felt my manly gnome hat, darn my socks.....well you get the idea.  I think she is getting that last part.....she keeps walking around saying "darn, darn, darn" but I am unsure as to why the dictionary was open to the sections "annulment" through "butthead".  Poor Betty.
: Thought she was marrying Billygnome and wound up with GnomeDome instead.
