Hi Annie,

Yes, it's the sort of article that sticks in your mind. I was especially surprised by her references to witches and the worship of mother earth. As someone who has a passing interest in the origins of wicca (nope, I don't know how to turn anyone into a toad..although sometimes I wish I did), it certainly gave the article a different slant. Were you researching native spirituality when you found this piece by Ms. Johnson?
