: : Aaaaaaahhhh, thanks for your concern everyone.  It has been bad here.....trees down, cars and houses wrecked and floods all over the place, but pleased to report that we are all okay with no damage so far (touch wood).  My sister in law and her family had a lucky escape from the tornado that hit Bognor Regis (on the South Coast of England), it came down their street!!  Luckily, they were fine, but they are housing another family who weren't so lucky and lost the roof and chimney of their house.  You have to understand my American friends that a tornado is practically unheard of in England, so this is all a bit of a shock!!

: Glad to see you reporting in and that all is well!!  Been thinking about you since the 'weather' struck!!  

: I kinda hate to say it but - the weather here has been good today!!  A late October sun shining though temps are definitely down. No rain and not a breath of wind! But - concern is for our Southern neighbours who are having a rough time!!
