Thanks Jeri! Actually Betty deserves much praise for putting up with me, and I quite successfully deluded her into thinking I was a good catch. Now I gotta seal the deal before she regains her senses!

Or as my oldest son said, "God, you guys have been living together for like forever, so what's gonna change? Go for it."
