: : : An informational note:  The James Bama print of Wes Studi as Magua, the one which caused such heated bidding among Mohicanites in its last appearance on Ebay, has returned.  It is Item No. 443515442, with the auction closing on September 26th.  This time around it has a reserve price set, which I suspect is the same as Kathleen's winning bid, $356.00.  To those who still harbor dreams of having Magua's manly visage gazing at you night and day, good luck and good bidding!

: : Thanks, Lady Ann, for the heads up.  I hope someone in Mohicanland has been more frugal with their pennies lately than *I* have and can afford to indulge their Mohican fantasies with this print.  It is certainly worth it, not only being signed by the artist, but by Wes, himself.  I'd LOVE to have it, sartain, but with all my medical expenses this summer, it's not an option for me. : I used to hate reserve auctions but came to realize that if there are only a handful of bidders then you might actually come away with the desired item at a fairly low/decent price.  Once again heed MMMM's advice!  Also does not hurt to ask the seller what the reserve price is either.
