It involves having two screens open & just watching the last few minutes closely. I think I just don't have that bloodlust in my personal makeup... somehow if I have to work that frantically, I figure it must be something I'm probably not supposed to have. I just place my bid (though not my FINAL bid) on the last day or so. You are right that you should NOT bid too early, as it can stimulate a real war, so I wait until sometime during the last day. And I'll check often enough that I know to rebid if I'm outbid...but I just can't get myself into a lather over any of it. It's supposed to be fun, but I think some bidders are really cutthroat about it. Funny, isn't it?

But I really do enjoy shopping AND selling there. In fact, I'm busy tonight listing my auctions for the next 7 days. Got about 10 more to go, so I can get rich and run away to a tropical island where I can swim in the surf, drink rum, snorkle, fish, eat coconuts, and chase island boys...yeeeeeehaaaaaa!!!
