Ye must remember that Seamus and I, being cousins, live fairly close to each other here in Penn's Woods (he, off on his trek for the next few days, of course)....and we would welcome your visit at any time!! The table would be heavy with foods of all sorts and we would even wear our finest clouts and waistcoats, may even wear my moccassins with the bead work!! We could invite our Scottish cousins, the Corporal and Davey Gunn, dressed in their finest kilts! We are real people you know, although one foot is in the present and the rest of our body (!!) is in the 18th century. Saturday (Sept. 2), I understand the Corporal will be plying his trade at the McLain Highland Festival in Carlisle, leaving the King George's service for a bit, and serving the King over the Water in true Jacobite form. The Corporal (Malcolm Angus MacWilliam) will be aided by JohnsTon and MacGregor, brother Davey Gunn being indisposed in the west of Penn's Woods without horse!!

Anyway, all those of Mohicanland are always welcome to visit us in Penn's Woods at Fort Carlisle, Fort Ligonier, Fort Freeland or Fort Bedford where many of the MacWilliam folks will be "plying their trade" over the next several months.
