Correct order of songs on the LOTM CD

I'm absolutely confident that one of you can tell me in what order the songs on the CD should be played to match the sequence in the film. I've tried to figure it out, but my TV and CD player aren't in the same room, so it was a short and failed effort. I wasn't able to find it on this site either, though I'm sure that's my shortcoming and not Mohicanland's, which seems nearly perfect in every way. Thank you in advance for your help.
