: : : : : I have to admit that the rewind and FF button on my VCR remote gets a work out every time I watch LOTM.  If I remember correctly, I think I played that particular scene at least three times before I figured out what poor Duncan was saying as the Hurons were preparing to cart him off.  When I've run across a piece of dialogue that I really couldn't make out in the film, I've resorted to reading the script to find out what was being said!

I forget who originally brought it up (sorry!) but the person said she thought Duncan said "my corns hurt sir--take her and get out!"--we had such a great laugh over that and we all still giggle when it is brought up. Actually, I prefer that line to what Duncan really says!--PP :-)
