Actually, dear King, I believe you WOULD do the same for TGAT L. In fact, my hubby, too, without a moment's hesitation, would do it for me. My father, too, would have done that for my mother.
However, it IS a terrible sacrifice, and even though I would do the same for my husband and my child, I sure would scream to the end from the pain, rain curses upon those who put me up there, and in general, would not sail away into the night with grace and dignity. No, sir-reeeeee....
However ... Getting back to most of humanity... men... this is a VERY tough calling. I think, most men, including my hubby, would prefer to think twice before being burned alive so that their rival can take the sweeetheart and live up to old age.
So the real question here, is: would you, King Richfed, or any other man on this board, agree to be burned alive so that your beloved can go live with the OTHER fellow?
