Hi, there, She. I jist stopped over to show ye this fine thang I done made outten the new batch o' chipmunk skins I catched this week. As ye know, I been much taken with The Red-Haired Lass, and I been tryin' to figger a way to gain her affections, so I stopped over to the liberry to see if Miss Gaylee had any good books on romance and courtin' that mought could help me win The Red-Haired Lass's heart. Well, now, there ain't much in the way o' subjects that's not covered in that there liberry, and Miss Gaylee come up with a book right away. It talks about flowers and poetry and candy and love letters and sich. And then I got to a part that says a lady will be very IM-pressed with a fella what serenades her under a full moon, and I got to thinkin', although I'm no great hand at git-tars or fiddless or any sich thang, I got a real talent with a Indian drum. So, since the Red-Haired Lass don't seem to know what to do with all them chipmunk skins, I done sewed 'em together and stretched 'em over a hollow log, and made a first-rate drum, and I'm a-goin' over to her cabin tonight and sing her a love song she can't resist.
Now, jist wait a minute, She, before ye start objectin' to my methods! Jist listen to this here song and then try to tell me she won't be IM-pressed!
