I think that this is an interesting point. At the moment, there is a fair bit in the news about British WW2 POW's fighting for compensation from the the Japanese. They have been battling this cause for over 50 years now, and it begs the question, when does it become too late for a group of people to be compensated for previous ill treatment? A lifetime? A century?
