Hi, Vita...back to your original question. No, you cannot post a picture from your hard drive. It has to be uploaded to a server somewhere. Any picture that's on your Rose website can be posted, just by listing the URL for it. But the picture has to be ONLINE somewhere in order for you to link to it from your post.

Can't help you with Front Page. I write all my HTML from scratch. Sorry.
