: Well, the red-haired lass made it safely to the Southwest, after survivin' a 3 hour flight with 50 Mary Kay saleswomen on it, and then a second flight dealin' with an air-sick kid two rows in front. And on the whole trip we were given a grand total of one bag of chex mix and a flat, fake chocolate cookie for sustenance. Jeez, I almost was lookin' for some of that nocake or an elkburger or somethin'....but anyway, I have arrived in Arizona and I AM IN LOVE. The town I'm stayin' in (Mesa is right near the Superstitions. There are cactus and a full moon and red earth and beautiful craggy mountains everywhere. We're going up into the mountains tomorrow. I LOVE IT HERE. It's hot and dry and NOT RAINY. Anyway, am very grateful to be safe, and finally be in the Southwest. Can't wait to see the historical sites tomorrow...and thanks for the good wishes, all.Towne Crier, I've submitted a request form to Aunt Winnie.
