I want to post something from my own hard drive... how to?

I went to my website, want to post a photo from there, but there are several ...

OK< it is simple but I am not getting.
Like this Front Page thing.
I went to tripod and built a site one two three, because Trellix is for dummies like me, then I got bold, ordered a FrontPage training CD, etc, opened Front Page on my computer, opened a theme, want to do dynamic html effect, follow instructions step by step, wel... the tool bar for the effects ... just blanked out. Now how am I to do my nicey nicey drop, swing left, spiral, swing right, blah blah blajh effect/
i mean MMMM, I got the training CD here, spent all morning watching it, and still don't get it! Girl, I am doing it step by step!!!!!!!
Am gonna e mail Seamus to cyber-pidgeon me some port!!!!!!!

What was I yesterday? Sister to Lucy With Diamonds in the Sky?
And what am I now? Can you guess?
