: : : : Wow, girls! It seems we got us a 'book club' again! I'm half way through 'The Pathfinder' - and looking for an excuse to pick it up again!! I WAS actually enjoying it, but as no one was 'talking' about it, I put it down for other things (like, 'Gathering' things, and 'Ariel's Cabin'). Seems a good time to pick it up again!!

: : The book probably would have taken even longer, but being captive at a camping weekend and a bit; didn't leave much to do; so was able to finish it.....(even the pages dried out much to my horror!) but; I admire Gaylee who may enjoy this type of writing; I mean, I tried throwing it against the trees but it wasn't the same as against walls....
: : I think I can find my "Pathfinder" book so we're off again on our book club....(I'll look about the walls....)

: Hey, Jo! I enjoyed doing the Cabin too, Miss! But thanks for the 'thanks' and thanks for the help! I can count on your help next go-round?? Good!!  Glad you like the quilt - I wondered who had bought that one (the Celtic design one?). 

: Well, hey, what else WOULD you be doing on a camping weekend (and a bit) but reading 'The Deerslayer'!! (You DO know that you are meant to be looking out for the fauna and flora, not damaging it by flinging copies of 'The Deerslayer' at them?! Trees are our FRIENDS!! :0) Still, I DO hope you enjoyed your weekend out in the fresh air, amid the bugs and ants and children and ...  I'm sure it was revigorating and you got home to your abode all rarin' and ready to get back to civilization, and work and ... :0)

: OK - got my copy of 'The Pathfinder' at the ready (on the bedside table) and I'm ALMOST rarin' to go - kinda laid up with summer 'flu at the moment. (One HAS to keep up with what's going on on the Board, at all costs!) But - give me a couple of days, and I'll be into that book again before you can say 'Jack Winthrop'!!
