Certainly a lot of grist for the mill...and yes, I listen....to all.....but I don't always respond....reflective silence, you know. I heard a story once of an American Indian who sat by the fire as "whites" argued and discussed several points of view. After a silence of several hours, the others asked him if he had no thoughts to share, just sitting there like he was dum(b), and the American Indian replied that he thought it wiser to sit, think. listen, and learn, then form his thoughts into a point of view. And, if he had nothing new to add, why waste his breath and the others' time! Sort of a wise reply, don't you think?

Anyway, good discussions lately....and I never thought of the acronym for Dr. Uncle Mark (DUM)...
