: Bryan and I enjoyed The Patriot very much.  We will go see it again for sure when it hit's the "dollar" theater.  The movie was simply lots of fun.  I'm way behind on my history, so the inaccuracies weren't a glaring problem.  Now, I DID have a problem with the horn strap worn by Billings (not sure about that name).  It was imitation finger weaving. I was very disappointed.  Of course, there were several clever little lines in the movie, but our favorite was, "They're huge!  What are you feeding them?!"  I don't think for one minute that this line was referring to the children.:)

: I can't wait to learn more about Swamp Fox.  If you all hadn't mentioned him in your discussions, I never would have known this story was based on any person remotely real.
