Ahhh, a good point, that it is. I will reflect on your answer. One more point, though. If, back in the days of Disney, Dan'l Boone and D. Crocket would have worn the correct clothing (no coonskin hats or fringes) and carried a "Pennsylvania" rifle, etc., etc.....it may not have taken years and years and years to crack that image. And, we still battle that image today. A little more effort on Hollywood may curb the future reenactors from making mistakes. However, you are right, we are here to educate and continue to become educated (for I learn more and more everyday!!). I again agree, if it wasn't for Master Tremain and Mr. Scarecrow, I may not have the interest I have today.
