: Made it home and after handling th car situation and answering my 567 e-mails, am finally getting around to saying thanks to all of you who were at the Gathering. I miss you all already. 
: I must thanks some people individually: Vincent and Debbie who chauffered me around for a whole day, Nancy who left the Biltmore tour to take me to Asheville to get another car and to just hang out with me, Marcia and Len who let me follow them around so I wouldn't get lost, Rich for trying to tell that idiot care guy directions, and finally everyone else who was so supportive during my trials.
: It turned out to be rather minor after all, (maybe because of all my yelling and carrying on at the airport). It seems all I did was puncture the oil filter! Fortunately, that's all I am being charged for! But, again, I'll never rent from Dollar. I'm now a fervent Avis renter.
: However, I had a ball and can't wait until next year to see you all again.
