: : I totally agree! I have never met a greater bunch of people! I was teling Kathleen in a private email that it is not easy to attend something like this by yourself, not knowing anyone! But when I arrived, there were so many of you who were so kind, and several of you I feel like I've always known. Miss Cora, they are not strangers. 
: : Yeah, it's just a movie, but I feel like I've made a lot of new friends and looking forward to next year to chat with others who I didn't get to talk to much this time! (Should we make it a week-long event? JUST KIDDING!)
: : Others have thanked the organizers; Rich, Elaine, Marcia, Jo, Sarah (what a great program guide), and Eric and Sharon and the others, but I think one of the funniest and most enjoyable moments was the awards on Sun. night! Those took a lot of thought and creativity! What a hoot: the Montcalm award for sexiest accent; the Magua award for stealing hearts. Those were hilarious!!

: I enjoyed meeting you and maybe can be in touch this fall when I plan to visit my friend Jo who lives in Asheville (she was that 2nd Jo at the Gathering).  I agree Sun. night was most enjoyable; but then you won half the prizes, miss, so OF COURSE you enjoyed it!!
