Hi gang. Well, I finally made it home. I took my truck in Monday morning. They changed an electronic part and charged me $115. I only got 5 miles away when the oil pressure dropped out again. I turned around and took it straight back. This time they chose to pull the oil pan and change the oil pump which they should have done the first time as it was the problem all along. This was another $290. I did get to go back to the Brown plantation and sleep for a few hours while they did this. I was finally able to leave at 6pm. I arrived home at 10:30 am (9:30 my time) - some 16 1/2 hours later. What an adventcha!
I hope everyone else's trip was "less eventful" than mine. See you all next year. I had a blast - how bout y'all???
