Hi! "Smoke Signals" is an amazing movie, I highly recommend it. It's still in theaters, I think. As far as movies on video, I recommend "The Color Purple","Braveheart","The Crow" (the first one, with Brandon Lee, is amazing. The other ones are pitiful). Try the series from channel 11, I think it's rentable, called,"Anne of Green Gables". "The Last of the Mohicans" will always be my favorite movie, I can't top that. "Beauty and the Beast" from the 40's by Jean Cocteau is great, but you might have trouble finding it. I found it through my library. I watched some foreign films and some art films, those are worth the extra effort. "A World Apart" and "Sister My Sister" and anything else Jodhi May is in is amazing. "Home For The Holidays" is a really funny movie. Don't kill me for saying this, but "Back To The Future" parts one and three are really good, too. Of course I had a crush on MJ Fox way back when, so I'm biased. "A League of Their Own" and "Field of Dreams" and "Forrest Gump" are great, too. Jenny in Forrest Gump is very cool. I think that's probably way too many recommendations for one post but I can get carried away and ramble easily. Sorry about that. Happy movie watching!
