: : : I am in a Bookmans bookstore in Flagstaff,Az.  They have a computer here.  That is why I am able to send a message.  The time is 8:15 p.m.  I decided to check the Board and saw your message.  I am only here until tomorrow evening.  We hiked up the San Francisco Peaks today.  The weather is so beautiful.  My brother-in-law bought land up here and we came to see it.  He has an incredible view of the peaks from his property.  The San Francisco Peaks are very special to the Hopi people. The Kachina spirits reside here for 6 months of the year (from July until February).  The rest of the year the are up on the Hopi Reservation.  You can really feel the power of the "spirts" being up on the mountain right now.  The mountain is so magical.  Tomorrow we are going to look at houses that have a view of the peaks.  The idea of moving here is, of course, a romantic notion and at this time not very pracitical.  It is however, a fun dream.

Dry, clean air and the change of seasons...  the colours are beyond comparison, that red soil, pastel green grass, and bright blue sky! And the smell of the pines... Aah, getting carried away here...

: I am still here at the bookstore. I just saw your reply.  I know what you mean about wearing shorts.  When we landed in Phoenix yesterday, it was so warm (hot).  Where do you live?  My brother and sister-in-law live in Ahwatukee.  I was wondering if you live nearby.  You are so right about the beautiful colour of the sky in Flagstaff and the colors beyond comparrison.  The leaves on the aspens are yellow and the colors are magnificent.  I may not get your reply until I return home because I don't know how much longer I will be here, but this has been fun.
: We are going to be up here until about 3 p.m. tomorrow and then going to Phoenix airport.  I will definitely let you know the next time we are in town.  It would be great to meet with you.
