Yes, Elaine...that's what I had in mind. Informal, drop by if you can, just for banter and such. Nothing necessarily as a subject, but a chance to visit & get to know each other more, and just have fun, in general. What if we started with 2 nights a week...maybe Wednesday and Friday? And issued an open invitation to drop by anytime after 8:00? (Notice how I carefully avoided Thursday, which I can't pull myself away from tv on! I can't bear to miss Niles on Frasier or ER...or...blush!...Friends. Must have my weekly laugh quotient with Frasier!) However, with two nights a week, and an open forum, people will feel free to drop in at any time they wish & see who's around.

I also think more scheduled chats with "subjects" would be nice...the Schweiggers could have a great outlet now and again for drooling over their favorite guy, and the history folks could visit and actually talk about something of redeeming social value, and we Gatherers could get together more often.

Since you have this wonderful chat room available, it seems wasteful not to be taking more advantage of it. Of course, when you guys at mohicanpressdotcom want to schedule an *important* chat, any other users would just know they must make way. That would be understood, I think.

Shall we plan something this Wednesday and try it out for awhile?
