Imagine, if you will, a bunch of wild & wacky ... but seriously REPRESSED Mohicanite Women ... locked in a dark closet for a long period of time. Suddenly, the closet door swings open, and these rascals come tumbling out to instant freedom. THAT is what it was like at the outset of last night's little Chat!
Poor Davenie! Making her first foray into the Chat Room, she bravely weathered the storm! Early on, at one point, she asked, "What kind of group IS this?" To her everlasting credit, she didn't jump ship, but hung in there for dear life till pretty close to the VERY bitter end! Bravo!
The Director's Cut: At this point, we're averaging about one letter per day. At that rate, we'll end up with about 75 ... a respectable total, but far short of our hopes. Won't you please write one today?
We added a little nugget of interesting (to us, anyway) info. on The Eric Schweig Gallery Page. Schweiggers may want to check it out. Also, several "new" photos were added to the Pre-Production Photo Gallery (Noel Manning) & Under The Make-Up Tent (Connie Boyer) Pages.
We're still hopeful of doing an interview with Maurice Roeves, currently starring in "The Killing of Michael Malloy", on stage, in Buck County, PA. We've been in touch, and it MAY happen. We'll see. We were sent some photos, so, at the very least, we'll have a Musing up on the man sometime down the road.
The Gathering '99: MMMM is still working on the details of the group packages. We hope to have that info. up for you shortly. At this point, we are in need of a T-Shirt designer. Anyone game? If you'd like to tackle that project, please send along an E-Mail to us. The River Walk still looks like a good shot for one of the locations we are planning on taking in. Judging from last night's Chat, Table Rock will again HAVE to be on the itinerary ... we may have to slightly re-think the course of events. Plenty of time for that, though. Meanwhile, if you haven't done so yet, please E-Mail Marcia if you THINK (no committment necessary) you'll be attending. We'd like to get a preliminary picture. Marcia's E-Mail: mmeara@magicnet.net
As seems to be the case more frequently than should be, there's a lot of misinformation floating around regarding Eric Schweig, including an impersonator on the Net. Please remember to use good sense in your Internet dealings! Whenever we post information ANYWHERE on this Site, it has been checked and comes from the infamous "realiable source". We try, as often as possible to get the info. straight from the horse's mouth ...
Later Gators ...
