: Hi, All!  Just as a quick update, I will be finalizing some details with the motel in Chimney Rock on Friday, if all goes as planned, and I should soon have some prices for you folks to consider for next June.  In the meantime, I'm trying to get a "feel" for the size of our group, though we all know it can change a good bit between now and then.  If you are seriously considering attending the Gathering, please send me an email, so I can begin shaping up our plans.  This won't commit you to anything, but will be a lot of help to me.  We will be offering at least 3 packages this year:  #1 will be just for the day/meals at the Park on Saturday, #2 will be for the day/meals at the Park & 4 nights in the "rustic" bunkhouse, and #3 will be for the day/meals at the Park & 4 nights in a local motel.  We think this way we can offer something for everyone.  More details will follow of course, but in the meantime, please drop me a note if you are currently planning to attend.
