: Anyone living in the vicinity of Bucks County can see LOTM's Col. Munro, better known as Maurice Roeves, in a comedy entitled "The Killing Of Michael Malloy." The play is running from October 13 through November 1 at the Bristol Riverside Theatre.
: According to the theatre's schedule, it is based "on the true story of
: a band of the most inept criminals in the history of crime."
: For ticket information visit the theatre's web site. A phone number and address are posted.
: If any one does attend the performance, please ask the Scotsman about his leg shaving habits!!!
: Thanks, Davenie, for the tip!

Greetings!
Just to add to Elaine's message: MR plays Michael Malloy "in a finely honed portrayal," as his earlier reviews stated. Malloy was a derelict who was marked for murder by some guys trying to collect insurance money. The play deals with the outrageous ways they try to bump him off. Don't expect MR to resemble Colonel Munro in this one!
And, no, he doesn't shave his legs. In fact, I don't think he shaves at all for the Malloy role. I also doubt the real Colonel Munro (Monro, actually) had the time or the inclination to care about hirsutism while his fort was under siege. Who starts these stories, anyhow???
Finally, Mr. Roeves sends you all his best and hopes some of you can make it to the play.
