Your guard is down and the peaceful time you describe may have been declared so prematurely. The Courier Editors have not yet discovered the whereabouts of captured Mohican Associated Press reporter She-Who-Tracks-La Longue Carabine. This is serious indeed!

Unfortunately, our Towne Crier has been too busy celebrating and cavorting with her fellow Uncas admirers to properly keep watch over Mohicanland. (Not to mention her fateful mistake of warring with Dr. Mary who is sure to strike back with no warning or mercy!) While the Towne Crier made merriment, the Mohicanland Traders have been plotting and planning their devious scheme.

And there have been scurrilous lurkers! Be warned ...
