: Well, actually Vita, that's MY line added to the script page as commentary. At the time, as you know, there was a lively discussion on the Board debating whether it was "subtle" or "sudden". I strongly felt it was "subtle", but was overruled by those with closed-captioned TV. However, I know those captions aren't always correct either, so, since there is NO definitive proof, I prefer to believe it's "subtle." I like the flow better!

Well, actually....it is Rich who would like to think Hawkeye carried a Word Wealth or a Roget's Thesaurus in his back pocket (or in that ditty bag...)...check the 1997 archives at the 8/15/97; Myrrh's "Hawkeye Subtle" to see what we all came to the conclusion of; and it was not "subtle"...but sudden....
