Kathy,

You're not the only one who doesn't understand EVERY line...I always thought it was: "Your women should try walking on back to Albany"...and I kept thinking...Cora and Alice?...what other women?...the alive/wounded soldiers are sissys??...what a strange thing to say...
I do know that, depending on what version you have and what kind of sound system one has is what one hears/doesn't hear....
