To be honest, I don't think it's a good idea...IMHO, good movies are usually left alone w/o sequels...Sequels usually ruin the quality of the movie..except 4 maybe THE GODFATHER(my favorite)..of courese GODFATHER 3 just wasn't that good..i heard....Anyway...leaving the movie as is would make it oh so more tragic, and moving...and mystical..don't u?
