It is one of the most pathetic excuses for a "sequel" to Last of the Mohicans that could possibly be imagined. Strictly a bodice-ripper and written for people with very low reading skills. After seeing LOTM, I don't think you would be real impressed with "Song" -unless you feel you need to have explained to you things like -for a group of three men, the two guns taken from the Indians, added to the four guns they had, made two guns for each man. There are a lot of good Mohican-type books that don't require you to sink to that level to get a good story.
