: ... Lest we forget ... we are picking this movie apart in every way, shape & form. How many other flicks get this kind of scrutiny? How many would stand UP to this kind of scrutiny?!? Backwards, forwards, slow motion, rewind, slow motion again, still frame, advance to the next, pause ... So, we see these things because we have made a fun science of it, NOT because it's bad film! Don't get so depressed!
Rich,
Well, I for one, love reading everyone's take/sightings of this movie because it is the details I love...I think that is what makes this movie so great, so personable, so endearing to all of us.... most movies would NOT stand up to any of this scrutiny...or it it did, it would be a day or two of "did you see this...", laughter, and no more discussion. That is what makes, I think, such a nice thing to be able to discuss our thoughts, feelings, ideas on this sight. Thanks, again, to Elaine, and you, Rich, for making it possible. (Soon it will be 10,000 thoughts, remember when it was only in the three digits?) So this movie does stir a lot of thoughts in a lot of persons!!! me, included.
