Christina & Gretchen...yes! I definitely agree with you both! To me, Uncas is a very powerful part of this story, catching my attention the first time when he is gazing at Alice along the river walk. Eric Schweig does a wonderful job of conveying so much strength and power with just his intense expressions. And his face looks as though it is sculpted in bronze. One of my favorite scenes is when he pulls Alice back from the edge of the waterfall & holds her close to him. Boy, am I glad they didn't film that as written in the "script" Rich has shared with us. It wouldn't have worked nearly so well as what they ended up doing.

Now...a challenge, gals (and guys!)...quick, can you tell me (without running to the vcr) what two-word question is the last line of dialog we hear Uncas speak in the movie?
