Susan, I love the night sounds in that scene, too, but I have never heard the chickadee & will be listening for it now. You are right, it isn't a night bird at all. I HAVE noticed the bluejay cries in several scenes. I think most people believe them to be the calls of hawks, but I'm pretty sure they are jays. (Bluejays are notorious for giving a very good imitation of a red-shouldered hawk). I believe this is the bird cry we hear during the haunting music at the scene of the Cameron's burned cabin. What do you think?
