I read something by Russell Means about this. There were American Indian extras brought in for the filming. They were mostly used at night, and they stayed in horrible, terribly hot shacks during the day. Russell Means, Daniel Day-Lewis, and Eric Schweig picketed for about four hours before anything was done about it. Does anyone else know anything about this?
