Illusions are very precious. The trick on this Board is for everyone to have enough respect for each others' background and viewpoints to discuss everything six ways to Sunday and still allow everyone the right to love and retain what is personally special and wonderful to each individual. Reading or viewing or listening to a different version of anything is necessary in life if you are going to have any thoughts to exchange, but knowing what someone else thinks or writes or films does not mean you have to let go of what is precious to you. Sometimes it just makes you appreciate your own conclusions more than you did before.
