I noticed one minor thing, though: When Gatewood hands Geronimo his binoculars, Geronimo notices Gatewood's name being imprinted on it. It made me wonder if that little scene was supposed to portray Geronimo as being literate.
: : And once again I wondered, what if one of us with today's knowledge of history could go back in time, what would we do? Could there have been anything that might have prevented, stopped, or even just postponed white settlement? Well, who knows.. But I do like to speculate over that.

: Did I say thirty lashes with a wet eagle feather? I meant a smelly wet scalp-lock which has been left on the lodge-post for a couple of weeks!!  But not for Tom.  I'll reserve that for Marcia(crazed indeed!! mild case of dementia-maybe. Scatterbrained-definitely. But crazed? I haven't been crazed for quite some time now, thank you! It's just these voices-I keep hearing these voices!!) Ahem, where were we?  Oh, yes, as to hearing from others, their opinions and so forth.  That's great!! I already know most of mine(when I remember them, I am scatterbrained, remember).  So I do enjoy finding out what everyone else thinks!!  So do post more often, Tom.  I'll play nice, I promise!!
