: : : Thanks for everyone's information. I don't live in America/Canada so info about Eric is really hard to find- except on the net. If anyone has any more info on him please e-mail me, I would be really grateful.

: : In Russell Means' book "Where White Men Fear to Tread", there is a passage on page 515 where he talks about Eric Schweig. Russell Means says, Eric Schweig is a Canadian Inuit who was adopted by a white family as an infant and ran away at age sixteen because of abuse, and that - while shooting TLOTM - he (Russell Means) held an Indian adoption ceremony to adopt Eric as his son.

: I don't live in America either & I thought Eric was really great in" Follow the River" and " Last of the Mohicans". I haven't yet seen " the Broken Chain" & I was hoping that anyone who had seen it could tell me what it is like. Also, I would really appreciate any information on Nathan Lee Chasing His Horse who played Joseph Brandt as a boy in " the Broken Chain " & Smiles A Lot in " Dances With Wolves". I hope you don't mind me putting this on the Eric Schweig page, but Nathan doesn't seem to have a fan/web page & as I don't live in America , information about him & Eric is hard to find. Thankyou :o)
