Gettysburg was fantastic (despite "the Ted" and his cameo). Powerful story, nice soundtrack, historically accurate....
The strength of "Gettysburg", I think, is the humanization of the participants against a realistic, brutal background of horrific
suffering. Martin Sheen was great as Gen. Lee. The depiction of Col. Chamberlain's 20th Maine Regiment in action on Little Round Top was excellent! You really feel his drive, courage, pride...... Amazing job!

Yeah, yeah..... I like it.
